1. How can I make reservation online?
AAAAonline Network provides you and easy-to-use
but high standard secure reservation system.
To make a reservation online
1. Select your destination and then click your desired hotel
on the list to access the hotel information.
2. Enter your check-in, check-out, number of rooms and then
click “Check Availability” to check
the rates and room availability.
It may take up to 2 minutes to get the result which will show
“AVAILABLE” or “ON
REQUEST” status along with room rate.
3. Click "Continue" to process your
reservation request. Fill in your reservation details, personal
information and credit card details on our secure reservation
form then click "SUBMIT" to send
your request.
You will receive our auto response mail confirm that your request
is successfully submitted and will be notified the result by
return mail. NOTE: If you do not receive
our auto-response mail within an hour after your submitted the
reservation, your e-mail address might be incorrect (Please
recheck) or we might not receive your request (Kindly e-mail
to contact@aaaahotels.net
).
2. How long will it take to get a hotel's confirmation?
- For “Available” hotel, you
will get a room confirmation immediately after submitting
your request.
For confirmation, we will send you the booking details and
a hotel check-in voucher will be issued and sent to you
by attached e-mail, after your credit card get through our
payment process. You will need to present this voucher upon
check-in at the hotel.
- For “On Request” reservation,
we will request for more allotment at your requested hotel.
It may take 1 or 2 working days (depending on the hotel's
reservations clearing process) to get the confirmation.
You will be notified via e-mail as soon as we receive any
progress concerning your reservation.
3. What if the hotel I requested is not available?
- If the requested hotel is unavailable, our travel experts
will endeavor to find you a suitable alternative hotel of
comparable standard and prices in the same area and provide
you further information for consideration. You are of course
under no obligation to accept the alternative offer.
You are requested to fill two alternative hotels when submitting
the request form to let us know your preferences in case
that the requested hotel is unavailable.
4. What is the method of payment?
All bookings in our system are on pre-payment basis. For
your convenience, AAAAonline Network offers you payment by
credit card through our standard secure web site. VISA,
MasterCard and JCB card are accepted.
5.Are the prepayment rates cheaper than the rates of paying
at site?
Yes, these wholesale pre-payment rates are normally much
cheaper than the rates of paying directly to the hotels upon
check-in or check-out. You can make big savings on
our great-deal room rates, especially on our "Special
offers" hotels.
6. When will I be charged?
- For "Available" hotel, we
will charge your credit card automatically for full amount
10 days prior to your check-in date or cancellation deadline.
- For "Booking" made within 10 days of your arrival
date, your credit card will be debited automatically for
full amount at the time of confirmed booking.
- For “On Request” hotel, no matter where your
reservation is confirmed (at your requested hotel or at
our alternative hotel), your credit card will be debited
with full amount 10 days or less prior to your check-in
date or cancellation deadline only after we receive your
acceptance.
7. What credit cards accepted?
We accept payment by VISA, Master Card and JCB
Card.
8. Is the credit card information secure with AAAAonline Network
online?
All of the credit card details and your personal information
are protected and secured by the standard secure socket layer
(SSL) encryption.
9. Is there any fee using AAAAonline Network services?
There is no charge to use AAAAonline Network inquiry and hotel
reservation services.
10. Are there any special discounts for frequent travelers
or travel agents?
Yes, AAAAonline Network has a membership program for frequent
travelers and travel agents to get additional discount/saving
benefits & privileges. You can view the details of this program
at Member Form
or select "Travel Agents Membership" button on the
hotel's page.
11. What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?
If you decide to cancel your booking we must be notified
of the decision via e-mail: contact@aaaahotels.net,
please remember to quote booking reference number. The following
scale of charges will be payable depending on when the notification
of cancellation is received.

Making a cancellation of your requested
hotel more than 10 days prior to the actual check-in
date will cause an administrative cancellation charge
of 10 USD or 10 EUR depending on the published
rate of your booking.

Making a cancellation of your requested
hotel 10 days or less prior to the actual check-in
date will cause a reservation cancellation charge of one
night room rate plus Bank Fee 5.35 %
- If you fail to cancel your reservation, and/or do not
check- in to a confirmed hotel, you will be charged 1 night
accommodation or full period of stay.
- Cancellations after checked-in cannot be refunded.
12. What is the latest time to make reservations?
Normally, we accept bookings that are made at least 5 working
days before the check-in date. Late bookings are upon request
and subject to availability.
13. What time can I check-in & check-out?
- Check-in time : from 12.00
p.m. (noon)
- Check-out time : before 12.00 p.m. (noon)
NOTE : For early
check-in and/or late check-in (after 6.00 p.m.) , Or late
check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.
14. Glossary of room types
- A "single room": has one single bed,
and thus accommodate one person.
- A "double room": has one large bed,
big enough for a couple;
Or a "twin room": has two single beds for
two people who don't want to share a bed.
- A "triple room": accommodate three people.
A triple room is composed of either a large bed and one
single, or three single beds.
- A "quadruple room": accommodate four
people. A quadruple room can have either two large beds,
or one large bed with two single beds.
Note: Extra
bed for child : in all casses these are only suitable for
children aged 12 and under.
- A "studio": is one room living-cum-sleeping
accommodation, usually with divan/sofa beds, basic kitchen
facilities (usually two cooking rings and a fridge) and
a shower room.
- An "apartment": is a self-contained flat
with one or more bedrooms with twin/double beds, basic kitchen
facilities (usually two cooking rings and a fridge)and a
shower room.

15.Are your hotel rates per room or per person?
All of our listed rates are per room, not per person.
16.What about child rate ?
- There is normally no charge for a child under 12 years
old sharing a room with parents but charged for breakfast.
(if not state otherwise)
- If a price for a twin plus child shown in the tariff as
N/A as the triple price will apply. Otherwise twin plus
child prices are for a room with two adults and one child
aged between 2 and 12 years (unless a different range is
specified).
- Cots are only suitable for children under 2 years.
Note: Child reductions will not be available if
the child arrange is not specified at the time of booking.
17. Trade fair rates and validity
- Trade fair prices shown in our tariff after non-trade
fair periods will supersede the non-trade fair prices.
- Certain periods e.g. Christmas attract high prices in
some cities, these are not strictly trade fairs but it is
possible that during these periods our rates may be close
to rack and should be treated in the same way as trade fairs.
Trade fair Reservation :
- For some trade fairs, the prices may be above rack rates.
Should any fair dates change or new fairs apply we will
notify you of such changes.
- Accommodation at some hotels must be sold for the full
duration of the fair. We will advise full details at the
time of booking. When a reservation request is made for
a trade fair period, we will confirm the reservation of
the rooms with a reconfirmation date. If you reconfirm your
request, you will be totally committed for all night and
no refunds will be given. Cancellations cannot be accepted
after we have received your reconfirmation.
